Default Dumb question but wheres the Thermostat located?

Sorry for my ignorance but where is the thermostat located?

I want to put in the 180 like everyone else seems to be doing.

Is it as easy to install as an intake? Pretty simple job?

What will I need?

Look where it says "MAF".....That black hose thath runs to the radiator......Under that aluminum housingon the engine is the t-stat.

That job it pretty much easier than the intake.....depends on how you do it.

Housing gasket, may need another rubber gasket for the tstat.....You can prolly use the old rubber one....but I'd get a new one just to be safe..... and about a 1/2 gallon of coolant....When you pull that hose it'* gonna loose some.
