I've been made aware of some offline conversation regarding performance, and found that many times, my beautiful Greenzilla is the car of choice for comparison.
Time to clear the air. My car is by NO STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION the fastest car on this fine club, nor is it even the fastest Series 1 L67 here. To give credit where it'* due, there are faster cars here, and as far as Series 1 L67'*, I believe Jeffrey10x2 has the crown, as well as the proof to back it up. DrJay may take that away soon, but that'* another story
Just wanted to make sure Jeff got the credit for building a fine animal.

I think you have some well established mods, that are common, but you have them all. Jeffrey has some very neat custom work, the full MSD ignition, and that SWEET intake. I think for comparing, people like to compare things they know, and things they know work. Also Wren posts everywhere, Jeff is Rarely say in the lounge, so not everyone sees his car.

Will........... thank you, the cover idea was from your car.
my goal with this car was instigated by a co worker too. he has a 2000 grand am that he thought was fast, and a 90 stang that he thinks will run 12.99 just with a K&N filter mod. but no balls to race me since i got my KN problem solved. i have almost begged him to take the stang to the track, and just tells me that i dont even have a chance to beat his stang. i just tell him that that he is right, because he will never grow balls to race me at the track.
like i said before, most of the credit has to go to the entire bonneville club. without this club, i would have never known about what could be done with an "old mans car".
so to all the members here, my hats off to you.
