Default Designing a full Stainless Steel High Flow Exhaust System.

This is the system I hope to make for myself this summer. Because the stock system already has 2.5 piping, I'll be utilizing new Stock Stainless Steel piping (will said it was stainless before). If not, i'll have some stuff custom mandrel bent. My system is a lil rusty.

Now for the Parts and Part Numbers.

Downpipe - GM Stainless Steel 2.5" downpipe - Part Number ?

Cat - SS Magnaflow 2.5" Cat Part Number - 94305

Resonator Replacement - Magnaflow Stainless Steel Race Series (looking for the part number, preferrably 14 inches, maybe 6 inches long. 2.5 In/out someone posted the number before)

Main Body pipe - GM Stainless Steel Bonneville Exhaust Pipe 2.5" - Part Number ?

Muffler - Magnaflow SS F-Body Muffler 2.5 piping. Part Number - 14266

Post Muffler Bends - Magnaflow SS 2.5" L Bends. Part Number - 10706 ( I believe these are Stainless, I am not sure. Maybe someone can help here?)

Tips - Any 2.5" SS tip will do. I'm going to get OE Camaro Style that fit the body kit.

If anyone can help on part numbers it will be greatly appreciated.

I'll need a custom bent mandrel downpipe.

The only thing i do not like about the Cherry bombs is that they are not Stainless. Atleast sty ones i can find.

Or get a good downpipe from another 95 SSEi at a wrecker, with the cat, then cut the cat. It'll be tough to find, but you never know.

I wonder how different the downpipes between 92-94'* are and the 95 design. They may have used a one peace to simplify production. So the 92-94'* may just drop in.

Hrmm... I have my down pipe connected right to 3" pipe. Never actually looked to see how they were connected on mine.

What are you're plans as far as following the stock pipe path? They found when they did mine by dropping the pipe down just a hair they could could eliminate 2-3 bemds in the pipe. Since you are sticking with the 2.5" you may not need to drop it down to gain the clearence. You can what I am talking about here.

I'm not sure yet, i have to go take some pictures. But there has to be enough light so my camera will pick up.

Oh will, those Magnaflow Race series mufflers i were looking at are pretty much glasspacks i believe. I don't know if you knew that or not.
