little sub project i whipped up... i noticed the center of the car wasn't getting it'* fair share of light.... so i'm working on getting a Red LED Pontiac Logo for it.

if you look close you'll see i burned this one making it bubble... put your heat gun on low. high will not make it work anybetter.

For the Pontiac symbol. couldnt you cut the ends so they are sharp & pointy, so that way it will flow with the symbol on the hood better.

any cuts will ruin the rod, and the picture is of my first try, done with scrap. the finished product will look much better.

But it wont ruin the lighting. THe rod is made out of plastic right. Well couldnt you cut the angels needed to make the Pontiac logo. Then crazy glue or superglue( maybe elmers glue so itll be clear & not yellowish) all the rod pieces together & place the led at the center of the "V" part in the symbol.
