I mean what projector from what car are you using, like the picture below. Also are you using a halogen projector/xenon projector. If you using a halogen projector I hope your not planning on putting xenon bulbs in cause your beam pattern is going to suck, & your visibility is gonna go down hill.

so far i've used a 3/16" bit, a dril of course, a pocket knife and a $2 LED... it looks insane. now to guess the oven temperatures...

Are you working on the angel eyes or custom projector headlights. Im assuming you are doing the angel eyes since we don not have stock projector headlamps.

angel eyes, and they look sweet. i'm doing it to where it follows the top curve of the headlight, i got it bend, now to put the nicks in it and decide if i want 1 LED or 2....

ok, this sucks. i go to pull out the 3000mcd red i've been using for testing and get a white one... the hottest white radioshack carries is 1100mcd... that sucks. i may have to drill the other end and use two led'*
