custom air intake/air filter/93SE

I want to install a custom air intake and a cone filter on an 93 SE. I am mechanically minded, but not to the point where I can make my own parts. Are there any custom built kits? If so, where can I get one?
My apologies if this has already been asked, but this info is hard to find.
Many thanks.

Probably not going to be a lot of pre-fab custom parts for your car. The Bonne's seem to be considered "Mon-modifiable" by the industry. Thier target audience, for starters, is an older crowd for the Bonne.

But, if you get ahold of Deathrat, he may have a thing or two for ya (to buy, he is a vendor after all) :lol:

{EDIT: He fixed his, I'll fix mine}

you can use a short ram for a 92+ civic

I have a 93 just like yours!

Honda pipes should fit.... 3" diameter is what you want too.

Here's what i'm working with right now. I'm just waiting for a filter to arrive.

Is that a wrinkle in the bend? Ideally, you want a more gradual bend than that. I think it's time for some ADTR closeups.

Jason, you MIGHT have to open the IAT hole in the 4750 a bit. I've never test fitted mine in there, but it will be moving soon.

No wrinkle, it's freaking mandrel bent!!!! And that's the chrome! It's more of a gradual bend then the picture hows, and it looks the same as yours really. There isn't anything after the bend though like yours. I've had it on the car a little.

Opening the hole is no problem, i have access to a dremel here @ school, and could always put the IAT in the supplied hose to that extrusion if need be.

Don't be pissed i spend $40 and got everything but powdercoating :wink:

yup mine is the exact same thing as yours i paid 39.99 at Autozone
