cold air intake
Polycarbonate. I'd like it to look cool, too. It has a slighly better r-value than sheet metal, anyway, and it'* easier to fab that way. Just like the thrasher. I think starting with Hector'* intake will be great. I'd rather not fart around with both parts.
Love working with plastic.......but I don't mind mill or lathe work either.....might need a custom lower bracket or base to clear the PMV harnesses......I'll know more soon!

Is it possible that they switched to 180 on the SCd models? BTW, I saw no mention of the 180 t-stat in my manual, and methinks that they make those owners' manuals generic across all model lines - feel free to correct me if I'm wrong....
