My problem was either moisture (doubtful) or my meter (another moisture problem, as it had been in my trunk for a couple weeks).

I measured my top posts on my coils, I didn't have time to measure the primaries. From top coil to bottom coil they read 5.93K ohms, 5.98k ohms, and 5.7k ohms.

Would the difference of the last one from the rest make it idle a little rough?

Probably not. Irregardless, you'll know nothing until you measure your primaries. It'* the ratio of turns from primary to secondary that determines the power.

Think of the percent change to that 'low' coil in terms of Thousands of ohms. That'* not much more than a sliver off.

This is true Will. I will be testing them later on my lunch break probably. As long as I can get them off that is.

5.5mm socket (9/32 might be the standard)

I mean if they'll actually come off easily. Thank you though, that will speed things up.

Well, they came off no problem. the first one was .5, the second one was loose and extremely inconsistent, and the 3rd one was .8. the top and bottom ones seem fine, but that middle one I don't like...I don't think it'* making proper contact. It was so loose I couldn't get a good connection to get a proper reading off it
