I've heard bad things about Superchips. I think most chips are like $300.

Not Superchips. Jet. Or DP.....nobody'* running DP yet, and we need a test car! Ty stands behind his stuff, so I'd do it if I didn't already have the Jet. Turtle, DrJay, and I are running the Jet and all love it. Who else is running one?

i would go with a jet chip from www.performanceintl.com the cost is 206.69 and the part #is 68003. i seems like everybody who uses the jet chip are very happy, and i plan on getting one as soon as i get the money.

That'* the Jet. It'* not available for all years. 93/94 SSEi,
1987, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 SE, SLE, or SSE? Not sure. Same chip should work for all.

And 92-94 SSE. Same thing, these should work for SE'* as well. What gives?

Firmer shifts, raised shift points, de-limited top speed, re-tuned fuel curves, etc. Not sure if this is true for all their chips or not, but my 93 SSEi stage 2 was remarkable. Keep in mind, they recommend an intake, exhaust, and 180° thermostat before chipping. And they also suggest higher-octane fuel. They're right.....my car used to run fine on 91. Now it'* 92 or better.

There'* some differences between those and the actual chips. Not all functions are there....and I think the modules are what they make for the newer cars.
