tune would be helpful, call intense and get a tune sent your way, tune up the car with plugs wires, filters, oil, toss some seafoam in the the tank a couple weeks before the run to help clean up the fuel system. Those are some cheaper items to help in the speed dept.

Alot of guys here use them.
