Default CASE learn

Did mine a coupla days ago, (finally), dealers didn't know what they were, so I had to call Scott at Intense (Todd was out of town), got the dealer straightened out, got it done, and it killed about 4* of KR. I don't know if there was any performance difference, but less KR is always good!

Why did you need to do the case learn?
Did you install a new PCM?
Killing KR is always good no matter what the reason.

Yes Most definitely could be your problem. You need to do a case learn whenever you change the crank position sensor or PCM. They need to match.
