Car is still struggling bad
That'* good news. Keep in mind I put alot of miles on my Jet with good weather before it fully settled in. And the intake took longer to learn because it had already learned the flow of the stock airbox.
Keep us posted, Matt. Both the good and the bad.

I'm watching like a hawk. Primary concern at this point is how your car reacts to the LIM porting. It'* apparent now that the Jet PCM may have been the key.
We're doing the other side of the equation (Ported polished Gen2 supercharger) on John'* car as the ONLY change soon. It'* kinda nice to break these ideas out seperately and evaluate them.
We're doing that Supercharger either at my place in April when we do Chadow'* rockers, or you, me, and John will do it at WCBF day 1. Should only take the 3 of us about an hour or two. I will not predict the beer count for that mod.

Did you ever do the boost solenoid mod? I have been reading at the tuner site and came across some good info but cant back it up just yet.
The cure to try above is to raise the boost solenoid about halfway, this was only discovered on high boost motors of 3.3" or smaller and I was thinking of your extra boost when I read it?
Well we discovered why (at least in all the cases that I speak of above) we were so often getting "flash KR". "Flash KR" is where you are driving along and want some acceleration, so you step on it. My car would hit the roof with KR because of this. With the combination of a 3.25 pulley and the boost mod with the plunger all the way down, what was happening was that I was introducing boost almost instantaneously... so fast, that the engine did not have time to introduce the proper amount of fuel to compensate. The result? A nice lean condition that also resulted in some nasty KR as the engine fought to to keep from punching a hole in my pistons.
