Has anyone had experience with a trans cooler, I have a feeling my fluid is getting burnt up somehow, so i was thinking maybe this may solve my issue,I dont have any leaks but I put a quart a month in it.

The only place i can think of it would be going is in the coolant. If it not leaking. The trans cooler in the radiator could be leaking into the coolant. I would check your coolant. The fluid has to be going someplace. It dosent evap or burn away. If the fluid was getting that hot it would smell burnt when you pull the dipstick and smell it.
