can a 92 supercharged 3800 work in an 89 bonneville sse. mechanically and electrically what needs done to make it work? i can get a 92 sc 3800 motor, computer and tranny really cheap. it looks like it can bolt right in. what about the computer set-up. :?

you will need all the thinks you mentioned, aswell as the wiring harness

just a little opinion on the subject as well, if you're going to do a supercharged swap, you might as well go for a S2 L67, more power stock. i mean, you might as well if you're gonna put out that effort.

also, be sure your subframe is up to the power..if you have any rust around your rear subframe mounts, the extra power would most likely break it free.

also theres more aftermarket parts for the S2 then the S1 but both are great motors either way.

Not true. Only thing not available for the S1 is a Intercooler.
