Default Bolt pattern question

I know my bonnie is 5x115, but how bad would it be to run 5x114.3 ( 5x4.5). I know these wheels bolt up, but are they going to eventually loosen or anything?

Bad. The lug bearing surface on each stud would be down to like 5% of the original. Like holding a spoon inside the edge of a small glass. Very little surface contact.

Wheel damage, premature hub/bearing assembly failure, uneven tire wear, worst case scenario......losing a wheel on the freeway while racing a Miata.
