Yep, gaskets (timing cover, WP, oil pan maybe), fluids obviously... are there any cam bearings or anything of that sort that are easy to replace when you've got a cam out?

Kit 2 includes:
Timing chain dampener
12 rocker bolts
supercharger gasket (except L36/22)
2 coolant passage O-rings (except L36/22)
intake gasket set
front cover gasket
ARP assembly lube
cam bolt
crank bolt
that is the cam install kit

Get a new timing chain as cheap insurance.
Pick up a coolant elbow from the help section. They are really easy to break.
You might want to get two new torx bolts for the cam thrust plate from the dealer. They are VERY easy to strip. Make sure you have those bits too.
You'll need a harmonic balancer remover and of course all the RTV and fluids stuff.

I have done 3 cams to date and wasn't able to strip a cam bolt. (Looks at Mike funny

It'* new chain/gear set or nothing IMO>
You forgot the Boosty option for $1,000.
Get some cam lube if it'* not in the kit. The lube is basically a thicker weight oil like 20-50 or straight 50. Plan to do the swap all at once so when you pull the lifters they go back in the same day. That way they won't drain off too much oil.
If you need..I have a WP gasket, although you shouldn't have to remove the pump..only 4 of the bolts (the 13mm ones) If I can recommend... toss a higher oil pressure kit in there. It'* a spring/washer/slide and brings your pressure up to help ensure the life of your parts.
