Is there anyway we could use these holes to cool our brakes. Cause i know mine get smokin coming down the mountian.

Nascar cars have their brakes cooled like this. The problem with doing this on the front especially, is keeping the cooling duct next to the calipers and rotors. You also will have particles or small objects (hopefully not birds) being "rammed" into the brakes in effect. If you could get the duct into the wheel well, keep it out of the suspensions movement, and wheels, and keep it on the brake then you get honorary gold stars in my book.
