TB'* are different 99+is better
Airbox design is better on 99+
All the cars that have the L67 have different programming/ the GP has the most aggresive of the PCMs then the Bonne and Buick has the restricted PCMs.
Intense-racing has a write up on PCMs
In 1997 the PCM where way different than the 98+ PCMs-but 97s dont need a case learn
