'95 SSEi air induction
I'm not thrilled with my '95 SSEi'* air induction setup (everything from the front of the car to the throttle body); it seems rather convoluted and the air filter'* a pain to change. I've seen cone-style filters and PVC pipes referenced in other threads so I'm aware of them, but thought I'd start a more specific thread on this topic alone. All help appreciated. Thanks!

So whats your point???
I dont want to seem lke an *** but are you just complaining about your intake setup ?? If you dont like it do what has worked for thousands of bonny and gp owners and change it to a thrasher kit. if you wanta stock type setup buy a K&N box type filter.
if you wanta larger throttle boddy buy one. if ya need to know what do do search on this topic, go to clubgp for tech hints and there ya go.

Phooey...according to Thrasher the '97-up W-Body air intake system won't fit my '95 SSEi and they don't offer anything that does. Looks like it'* time to see if any of the local junkyards have a stock system I can use for design and test purposes.

heres what i just did... it cost $70, but it looks a hell of alot better and it makes the charger sound great. i went to pep boys and went to the ricer section. i bout the intake for a 96 to 98 civic. fits wonderfully, all you have to buy extra is a coupler to go from the TB to the tube, get a 3" to 2.5" reducer (at lowes in plumbing, cost like $3) or theres a guy on the board that is making them for around the same price. his look better and are made for the car too. oh yeah, you have to drill out a hole for the IAT.
