+90 HP over time makes tranny go BOOM
Like the title says started moding around 18K and now at 54K basicly stock tranny fails. Warning to all don't forget to think about your tranny Now what to do and where to get a tranny is the question. Actually tempted to ditch it throw a trans in locally and stripper her down and back to stock and sell it or go with a ZZP trans and keep her around a while.
That is the question? I'm losing my faith in the B-ville. Maybe time for something else to beat on?

Well leaning more towards stripping her down To many other cool cars out there to play around with. 80'* G-body is sounding sweet, either 350 or maybe 3.8 turbo buick?
Trans symptons where kind of a growl when on the accelerator but not when off, and every day on cold start up first shift would slam, sometimes even shutter and than drive normal all day untill the next cold start. Then Last friday sitting at a light a candy colored Perlude Si pulls up give the nod and were off, had him by a length and slowed down, race won, about 45 seconds later just driving along came to a grinding hault. Not sure on that actual part failure but will let you guys know when I know.

+ $$$ input shaft
+ $$$ better converter
+ $$$ getting that Intense LSD out
Oh and 320 Miles away from ZZP with no tow vehicle or car trailer $$$
ZZP route is way more reasonable than an Intense tranny though still never got my call back week before everything happend, "I'll talk to Scott and get back to you" was the last I heard....
Sorry Todd but you let me down, never in the past though but once was enough

Taylor sorry to hear about the trans but ZZP will take care of you, they took care of my GP'* trans. You still got the bike? I'm just about to pick up a brand new GSXR 600 around the Chitown area.

Well that truly does suck.
It seems that every single Bonne who has upgraded sooner or later loses the trani prematurely.
My clock is ticking....tic...tic....tic....tic...tic....tic... .
Taylor - what size of trani cooler do you have? What temp did it usually run at?
