Has anyone attempted a FWD 5.3 engine swap? Or maybe a northstar?

I think it has been talked about a few times, but it hasn't been attempted here.

Check ClubGP.com. People have done the swap with Grand Prixs. It'* very expensive and very technical, though. That 5.3 has some serious transmission eating torque, too. 30,000 km and my Grand Prix GXP has eaten two 4T65E-HDs already.

This is a good idea since they use the same transmission. If you were to do an LS4 swap with a 4T80E, though, that would be awesome! Sure, it would take more power to turn it, but some tweaks to the engine would make it SCREAM down the track. Plus, you get that awesome V8 rumble.
