Question 4T65E Transmission failed, got a new tranny, SHIFT kit question

I just had my fluid flushed by my friend who works at the shop I do, I got 209,000 and went with a full synthetic B&M trick shift fluid, I recently put a intense racing pcm basic one in my car, and had Dan Thurs spacer shift kit done. Now after the flush my tranny started shifting pretty hard and I at first thought maybe it was finally shifting the way it should. But now I'm missing 3rd gear. I only got less than about 1,000 miles on it since my flush. I just went and picked up a rebuilt 4t65e rebuilt with raybestos, new solonoids, everything for 750 shipped.

My question is... The intense racing pcm changes the shift points to my knowledge. My question is, all over the net ppl are saying not to run the pcm and a shift kit or accumulator spacers with the pcm "both at same time".

I want to get the thrasher shift kit. Do you know if I will be ok with a fresh tranny running both the pcm and thrasher kits? I would like a nice firm shift... Kinda neck snapping, but use this as a daily driver. Can i run a stage 3 thrasher and pcm or would the pcm and stage 2 equal a stage 3 together roughly? The guy told me the car has the shift kit improver/upgrade, that its a improvement kit not anything to do with the accumulator like on my old tranny. Putting tranny in tomorrow afternoon and looking for advice.

Builder said 3rd gear was totally gone, and it also toke the bushing? or something with it. Said 4th gear drum I believe was bad as well. LOL prolly from slamming from 2nd to 4th haha
