Default 300 CHP possible?

Hi guys i have a 2000 SLE with a top swapped engine. The engive had 217k and was very well taken care of by a dentist ... car looked new when i got it and so did the engine. So far my car has the FWI, LQ4 MAF, N* TB, Gen V */C with a 4.2 pulley, SSAC headers, and im going to install "ported heads" (his description:painted red capable of .625 lift. They have bronze valve guides and are bare at the moment.(he also said something bout shaved .30 to increase .5 compression)) and a 3.8 pulley next week... My PCM is tuned to 0* timming so ima tune it after the install... so my question is how much would it take to get to 300 CHP ? atm before the tune, ported heads, and 3.8 pulley how much power am i putting out and hw much will i put out after wards? Thanks i know no one knows the exact numbers but a guesstimate is greatly appreciated TY
