Cool 2 Be? Or not 2 Be?

Has a side-exit exhaust ever been done on a Bonneville? I've seen a few GTO'* that way, wondering if it could be fabricated with a few cuts here and there

Yea, Im getting started on it today. Well blueprints for the cuts and everything. Anyone know where I can find a diagram or pic of the underbody so I can figure out where to cut the heat shield

Never seen that done either. Would be a great mod. Are you talkin like the side exhausts of some of the Corvettes or just tail pipe side exits. You should be able o find a blueprint you want at www.compnine.com.

Fixed your siggie for ya Man, you need to wrap andimage or smilie (gif) with img tags nut url.

I guess u could say that. Like how some of the Corvettes are. A closer resemblance would be the Vipers, where the tips exit before the rear tires. That'* y I need to cut the heat shield so I can find a spot to mount the hangers and put the muffler there. 1 in-2 out. Exit to either side
