1995 SSEi rice pipe help...

1995 SSEi rice pipe help...

ok, did some more reading and i think i need one more part...

I ordered the Auto Zone rice pipe and the RX-4750 filter... will have them in two days...

BUT from further reading it looks like i need some sort of reducer to come from the TB to the Pipe, is this right? anyone know the size i need for a 95 SSEi? it would be great if someone could tell me rather then me go out to the car with calpiers...

oh, and i take it the pipe connects to the filter without the use of a coupler...

<edit> should be the last time you have to hear thesse quesitons from me

i'm probibly goin to do it this weekend...

yep.....I think 3.25" to 3" will fit but ask bill I just sent him my 3.5 to 3.0 dont know how well that one fits.

If you ordered Autozone Part # 8219, the sleeve that comes with the pipe works fine! And this is coming from someone who has a 95 with the pipe on it.

thats what i like to hear!!!

not 100% positive that thats the part num, but it probilby is. my friend said they really only had that one rice pipe so it must be it.

I think the 3.5" to 3.0" will work, but I am interested to see how Bill'* fit. I'd be getting the same one...

Haro told me when I had Morty'* 95 that his Dad the mechanic was able to use the coupler that came with the pipe.

It'* very eaxy. Catch the bottom edge on the TB...with your hands inside the coupler..lift up and slide it on the rest of the TB... clamp down.
