They do. They just don't list it.
Assuming you have an L36, almost all the bolt on'* for a 97+ L36 will work on your 95.
As far as tuning goes, search GMTuners/Sinister Performance.
And check out my cardomian for the whole mess of stuff I did to my 95.

Pre-96'* don't have to have the whole PCM re-programed, just an e-prom chip in a removable memcal that'* inside your PCM.
Sinister Performance can make a chip for you.. But in order to get the most out of it, you really need to scan your car to see how it'* behaving currently. And more importantly all tune-up items should be fresh.
Just shoot him an e-mail. He'* a good dude and will take care of you.
Yep. Been riding off and on since '98.
Where are you at in PA?

I would stay away from KYB GR2'*. I had them on my car and they couldn't keep up..
The only other option really is Monroe, I think. Hopefully others will chime in.

This will depend a little on what options this SE has... Most are FE1 or soft ride.. A few are FE2 which is ride and handling..
There are a few changes you can make to the suspension to make the car handle a good bit better..
For the Struts I would recommend Monroe Sensatrack or Monroe Matic Plus struts all the way around..
