FWIW the 94/95 PCM is widely used in the fiero community for thier series 2 L67 swaps. So you could use it with your existing wiring harness and 4t60. You cannot run a 4t65 on that pcm though and you will need custom tuning. (www.gmtuners.com/)

Well I think im going to do the whole swap thing. Motor with the trans and the PCm out of the 97 gtp. I have GM wiring diagrams for both, which I think will be the only hard part. I could be wrong too. Did these cars have larger exhaust? Thanks
