I ran a 15.5 with a 2.4 60' 
in a $600 stock '92 SSEi. I did have some weight reductions and good track prep tho. If I could of gotten a better 60', I would of hit low 15'* - factory freek maybe? But I'd say unless you can get a really good 60' your going to be high 15'*.

and the 1994/1995 SSEi was upped to 225 hp and 275 lb ft due to a different TB and teflon coated M62 rotors, and a couple other small updates (and downgrades like a .35" larger SC pulley).
Yeah, I'd say that a 1994 SSEi in stock form (the same form that was used when the magazine'* tested them new) would probably be around 15.6-15.75, maybe even as low as 15.5 with a good solid 2.2 60', and temps around 70*F. Mph should be 87-89 mph.

There are absolutely no differences between the 93 and the 94/95 SSEi Engines or Transmissions. Only the TB and different (more efficient) blower revision, that requires fewer rpm'* to develop the same boost level....hence the larger pulley.
