Hey what are you guys doing out there for exhaust manifolds....I see mainly just Cat/Muffler/Tip'* upgrades...any Headers...or maybe coming soon ??

You already SORT OF have headers. The Series 1 came with tubular exhaust manifolds that are sometimes referred to as factory headers. Not true headers, but not bad.
To the best of my knowledge, there aren't any available for the Series 1. Domestic Performance may be able to scrape a custom job together for you. But then again, if you have access to a welder and die grinder, you may be able to port your existing manifolds for nearly the same performance gain, and alot cheaper.

Is the jet coat worth it ? can't you wrap the manifold with something? where are you getting the 2" pulley from. pulley boys is only taking advanced orders for the 2.2" pulley. they don't even have a 2" listed. Did you notice a big difference with that pulley? I'm trying to improve on my 15.307
Pulley boys is working on that order right now, and he'* adding the 2". You can get it from him, it'* just not on his site yet. I'd expect these to start coming available any day. I wouldn't put a 2" pulley on an M62 until you've done at LEAST the intake, exhaust, and thermostat already. Maybe even a chip. The 2" is pushing it for a lightly modded car.
I can make you a set and they are benched tested by an engineer for perfect flow dynamics. Yes and coated.
Ill post it up on my site today but if you are a forum member i can send you a separate link with a slightly better price.
For now I am going to steal someone else’* picture but I will have my own up shortly.

i picked up 9 more HP with the 2" pulley, and yes it is a pulley boys pulley. the wrap will work, but the jethot coating is almost chrome looking and doesnt blue like chrome does.
i have done alot to my car before i added the 2" pulley. read my sig. and you can see what all i have done plus the pic there too

2 things i would do.
first....... switch to NGK plugs.
second.... you might want to get higher flow injectors.
more boost mean more fuel.
what you can do is put on the 2" pulley, make a strong ,hard , run, then pull the plugs and see if there is any detonation. if there is, go with a colder plug and maybe raise the rate on the injectors.
stock 92 injectors are 21 lbs, i used accel 24 lb injectors and they are flow matched as a set with papers with them when you get them. i got mine for like 174 bux a set

I ordered the NGK iridium but only 4 showed up. I tryed to order the other 2 and found out that the exact number i have got discontinued. The plugs were like 10 buck a piece so i got burned for 40 bucks. Thanks for the advice on the fuel injectors. is 24lb pretty much the standard size to mod to? I love that engine cover. do you sell those? I threw mine out. it was nasty. When you want to do the dis-4 box I'm looking to sell mine. I want to upgrade to the DIS-4HO. I have the coil spacers also. It'* all wired together so i'll sell it as a kit. The stage rev limit is fun. I scare the $h1t out of honda when we are at a light and i turn it on.
