They don't sell direct. They do have links to resellers on their site. Mine came from Summit Racing for about $160. If I remember correctly, Stage 1 n'd Stage 2 were the same price.

my 93 was limited at 112. seemed like it had some more in it. not sure what you can get it up to though.

It can be calculated. I have the drag coefficient and frontal area for the 92-99 Bonneville. I believe I calculated the stock hp limit of the L27 at about 120 or so. I'd have to recalculate. It won't give you much if that number is right. Aero drag can't be beat, except by alot more hp.
