Sadly..can't be done to a pre 92 165HP 3800.

If you wanted, you'd need to change the engine to a 92+ Series I or II supercharged, buy a transmission for it and a new ECM/PCM

If you have the coin then anything is possible

Welcome to the club

we have gone over this issue many times, and usually the best solution is to buy a SC bonnie, unless you have some serious money to throw around.

Well technically if you got the cash and time it could be done but you'd need tons of $$$ and several engineers to get it done. Try the things mentioned above.

First...SELL your N/A...
Second...BUY a SSEi...

Nuff said.......

Sorry...but it just doesn't seem the way to go...Maybe just try BLOWIN out your N/A engine...I mean there were fast cars before SUPERCHARGING came along..GOOD LUCK

I would recoment a turbo same amount of boost and less strain on the engine giveing you more power than the SC version

But even that will cost in the long run bue cheaper than building an engine and trans to take the abuse... So just like they say, the best bet is ti get and SSE SC or an SSEi....
Hey JR...what the diff between a SSE SC and A SSEi...I didn't know they made a SSE SC...stock that is...

You know..since my last post..I actually seen one ..I think...looked very similar to my 93 SSEi...I'd say 92-94...all the badge on the side said was "SUPERCHARGED"...looked just like SSE...side panel trim, etc etc...

Looked sorta strange...not seeing the SSEi badge...
