180 thermostat
I replaced my thermostat with a 180 degree like ive heard so many other ppl do. i dont know if im crazy but i an really feel a difference.. the throtttle is alot more responsive is that what ts supposed to do or does it just keep the engine cooler makeing the computer put in more gas??
There is no performance to be gained by it.
It simply puts you in a position to support better mods later, and can possibly lengthen the life of some of the plastic parts on the engine.
It'* all in your head.

Your 90 SSE will have the LN3, typically considered a very hardy motor. Drilling is typically for those that have issues keeping cool in the summer. I doubt with a trans cooler and a 180 that you will need to consider drilling.
