I've got everything to make the swap a success -even a A-520 5-spd and a 1989 2.2 TII Common block engine with only 8k on rebuild. Could use a headgasket (found that's the problem when my cousin pulled the head two weeks ago -I had thought I had done bottom end damage when it was hitting on 2-3 cyl 4 yrs ago when I parked the car).
With this setup (and about 14-16 psi boost with tuning) out of my Lebaron Turbo GTC I am sure we could make your Caravan the envy of evry WRX, SRT-4, Rustang, and any other 'fast car' owner there in Mankato.

Plus I'm sure you'd be able to get away with more than you do in the SSEi.

tempting, but thats not the vans point right now... unless you think we could do it all on a weekend, the van HAS to be reliable

I can't wait to see the end result.
I see another COTM in the very near future ;)

Eh we got some decent stuff in town, quite a few modded STi's, and an SRT-4 and there's a new abundance of ricers with the new freshman though i think. Would kick ass though..

Don't worry.
I'm sure it will arise again soon to become the Torque Freak that you are Haro.

What year is your van again? 1988 -if it is you have the ideal cam right there for getting max power from stock valvetrain.
Or else I can pick up a DOHC head (early Neon 2.0) that has been worked for bolting up to the 2.2/2.5's. My Shelby Dodge mechanic does these and has a Shadow with this setup and he's running solid 12's. Should be 11's next year with his slicks and traction bars.

Or you could not waste the money and spend more on the SSEi

Then after the SSEi is done build the killer van

I dunno... I bet the van could be turboed on the cheap. That would kick so much ass it isn't even funny!
