hey
i know this is a stupid question but where can i go to get a 180* stat like everyone here has, in Ontario preferably but i just want one??....and whats the benefit of having one?

i realize that this is off topic but i was just wondering

You can get them at Crappy Tyre, NAPA, etc.

Unless you are aiming FWI, which you aren't. How about picking up a PCM case from a 97 and putting your pcm in that. Still keeps it over on the side and out of the way.

Seems like there would be plenty of room that way.

Keep in mind that you will also need the 97+ washer bottle if you do this...they changed the bottle when the went to the 97+ case

Here'* a pic of the one I did on my '99.



I just used the PCM case as part of the heat shield. Works pretty well,with the enclosed heatshield and a ram air type feed that runs from under the air dam into the box I'm within 5* of ambient

will the '97 CPU case fit my 96 computer cause i know there is an SSEi at the wreckers right now so...
