E 85 SWAP? Let'* talk!!!
I heard of someone swapping there fuel pump out to run E-85 in a Grand Prix. I have done a lot of research on this to run my Procharged Trans Am on this stuff and it'* great. I am still debating making the swap on the TA because lack of stations. If I tuned my Trans Am for it, it would have to run it exclusivly which is the problem. However, the guy I heard of running it on the GP said he can switch back and forth. I haven't had a chance to meet him yet and drill him with questions about it. I figure he swapped to a newer flex fuel type pump which will allow him to switch back and forth because it tells the computer what mixture of gas and E-85. I heard it was easy to do as well. This stuff is perfect for boosted motors since it runs cooler and has a octane rating comparable to some race fuels (100+octane). The running cooler part is really intreging here guys, being able to run cooler will allow higher boost levels and reduce KR. Anyone heard of the swap before or know anyone running this in a 3800 car? Let'* talk!

Okay I found out where to go to buy the convertion. It'* not a pump but an injector harness. http://www.fullflexint.com/index.html This will allow your car to run both 93 or E85 with out any computer retunning or anything. Only bad thing is if you are running the E85 to help keep KR down on a small pulley. Then you would get some pretty bad knock when you dumped in some 93.
