Default Plastic trim Olds delta 88 1982

Hi!
I have an Olds Delta 88 Royal Brougham 4-door sedan, V8 diesel, 1982.
I have a slight problem with the trim around the back window, the plastic trim at the bottom of the vinyl roof.
The plastic is so old now, that it´* starting to disintegrate.
So the question is: Does anyone know IF I can buy new substitute, in metal or in plastic
I´m located across the pond, and this car is rare over here, so no luck at scrap yards.
Thankful for any tips.
All the best
Mats

That car is rare over here as well! It looks great!

Nobody makes those any more, and I bet the NOS well has long since run dry. I think your best bet would be to remove it, have someone make a negative mold of it, then make a new one. That'* an area I haven't gotten into yet but I've seen folks do similar stuff on YouTube.

Welcome aboard!

Thank´* for the reply!

Yes, I have thought about getting a 3-d print of it.
Nothing I have any experience of, but there´* a first time for everything.
Link to above car on Youtube, if interested.

Good to be aboard

Wow!

I haven't seen one that nice in at least 20 years!

I love the sound. Does it have some kind of aftermarket exhaust? Sounds like it has a little rumble.

Thank you!
A lot of work getting it this nice.
No, no aftermarket exhaust.
I think it´* stock from what I can see
Maybe the muffler is some what burnt inside..

I think I have a solution on the trim pcs.
I will post pictures when I have tried my idéa.
