Default Obd code 41

Hi there folks,
i am driving a 1990 delta 88 for a while. It got code 41. I also experience shake in the engine ( not all the time 3 out of 5). I already changed the Ignition module, wires and spark plugs. Sometimes when I change gear from D to R my engine goes off. I have no issue with starting my engine. It starts pretty good. I have couple of questions i would be happy if you guys help me out!
1. Is code 41 only for errors in camshaft sensor?
2. Can this issue be related to ignition coil?
3. What do you guys suggest for this problem?
thank you!

I think you should clean the body and frame grounds as well as the rad support and strut where appropriate.
Here'* the service manual.

If the wiring to the cam sensor is good, I'd replace the cam sensor regardless. It'* not going to fix itself, and if it turns out that it isn't the problem for some strange reason, it is probably about to be a problem anyways.

Check out this thread, especially this post: https://www.gmforum.com/1992-1999-91...84/#post818797

It has a similar situation and explains the stalling etc.

Thank you!
i just noticed a link saying replacing camshaft adjustment without removing timing belt. Unfortunately the link is not working for me. Is there any other source that I can find this information?
