Default Constant heated air through vents

Ok, so I got all my driveabilty issues sorted out now I have a problem of heated air coming through the vents. No mater what setting I have on the Auto climate control heated air blows through the vents, even when the Climate control is off I can faintly feel hot air through the vents.
When I turn the ignition on I hear a rattle coming from the top of the dash. Stripped actuator? Is there any threads on how to replace it?

Have no idea what vehicle this is......

But I would remove the temp actuator and manually move the temp door to see if temp changes....if it does, bad actuator or head....

If I remember right, you have to remove the glove box.......then on top of the HVAC module, you will see an actuator with an arm, where a silver metal linkage clips into the arm of the actuator, from the temp door....sometimes that linkage pops out of the arm, and then there will be no temp change......

So remove glove box, and command the control head from full cold to full hot to see if the actuator moves and if the linkage is intact....

That seems to be the problem, Thanks! It looks like what ever attaches the the linkage to the blend door arm is broke off, the PO tried to tape and zip tie it to the arm. I still hear the noise (at start up) near the middle of the dash, it makes a Click-click-click-click noise ending with a clack, like something is binding.
The car is running like crap again so my HVAC repairs are on hold. Stumbling, rough idle, backfire from intake manifold and stalling, no SES light or new codes.
