OBD I was 12 pin, OBD II was 16.......

As mentioned, 94-95 was a transition year.....

Before 94-95, you had pins in the A and B terminals, you jumped them to get flash codes....in 94-95 transition years, the 12 pin ALDL connector did not have an A and B terminal.....I think the B terminal was missing.....
