Its hard to take it off, so I dont whant to make a mistake and remove the wrong part.

The LCM is above the HVAC unit. I can't tell if you are up or down from it.

In this case, where to look? The relay clicks but the headlights do not turn off. 🥴🥴🥴🙁

Swap the relay with a known good one. The points may be fused together inside.

Something is supplying power to the load circuit regardless of the relay.

I tend not to read every post and that is something I need to work on.
Short to power maybe the fuse block itself. I'd start there and trace it.

Sometimes I do the same. I was thinking fuse block as well, just trying to think of how such a specific and reliable connection would come to be without other shorts and major (and accurate) damage of some sort.
