Default 94 Olds Cutlass Supreme Signal Issues

Just got this back on the road after months of sitting, parked it with no problems. Started it up and drove to work, turn signals working the whole way. I work swing shift so I go home at night. Start the car, turn the lights on and leave the parking structure, go to turn ..... Signals aren't working ... >.>
Hazards work fine without headlights on and with them on.
Headlights off = Signals Work BUT Headlights ON = Signals won't work.
Fuse, Wiring, I have no idea? So I came here >.>

When you say Headlights ON = Signals won't work..

Do they light and not blink.. or not light at all.

I was futzing around with the hazard lights to turn on the signals, they both work with the headlights on. I pulled up on the hazard button after the lights were off and somehow with the lights on the signals work now. I guess the hazard lights are causing an interruption?
