i plan on replacing it after winter. I dont want to drop my tank again because the tank was a bitch to get back in.

More than likely you'll need to drop the tank. I think you pinched the wiring.

i dont think i pinched the wiring i thinks its doing it because whatevers happend to the gas float.

If you are capable of reaching up and disconnecting the harness from the fuel tank, then disconnect it, and cut the 2 smaller wires. You should only have 4. 2 heavy gauge wires for the pump and 2 smaller ones for the sending unit.

theres 2 black wires, 1 purple, one grey, one black and pink striped

took a wire and put it on each end of the harness and connector and figured out which wire was the fuel gage. (Black and pink) Cut that wire now my Dash works and the body ignition fuse stoped blowing. Ganna put a new float in next season. Thankyou for everyones comments.
