Can you hear the motor try to move? If not, the only thing I can think of is a problem with the plug on the wiring harness. make sure the connections are tight. Also try to pump power directly to the motor and see if it moves. If not, the new motor could be bad. If you hear the motor trying to move, then disconnect the linkages and try.

You mention swapping the motor, was that the motor and module or just a motor? I've seen some of the W body modules go bad on the motors. Darn thing controls everything.

On the W body'* it'* under the motor. Their motor is inside the cowl under the motor. I didn't notice it at first, then the FSM'* metnioned that when all else fails change the module.
