Van starts 100% of the time on the first turn of the key, but ALWAYS cranks for 5-10 seconds before the engine starts. Runs great once it'* going. Has been doing this for years now. I've replaced plugs, wires, battery, alternator and starter... all for the same result. Only thing I can think that I haven't replaced or looked at is the ignition module.

Suggestions... ?

So, first thing in the morning, you turn the key and it cranks over 5X'* and then it will start? Same thing when it is warm?
