Default 1999 Olds Intrigue 3.5 GX Help :)

My car crapped out on me in a parking lot a few weeks back, got a tow home, figured out, no compression. While trying too pull it apart too gain access at the timing chain found that the crankshaft pulley bolt was so lose it could be removed by hand. Finally get it all apart and chain is tight. Turn the crank and the chain is NOT moving.
Now everyone is telling me that it must be the keyway, but it doesn't look like there is a keyway for this car. What could possibly be wrong that the crankshaft would turn but not the chain.
Thanks so much in advance for ANY insight!

Nope, it'* the key way....you can turn the crank and nothing else was missing. Have too try and pull it apart and replace the keyway but I'm not really hopeful in this situation LOL
