I was the same way when I was additcted to Full Throttle. My little fridge in the back of the Freightshaker was full of the stuff. Now... I'm running local, which means I can stop at various stores and get fresh cold ones.

Ben... Circle K keeps then in the cooler... yes..the lo carb one tastes good.

One day.. my buddy Bob..who types slow...and calls himself a Turtle pm'* me...says..that he'* consuming a Monster..therefore he is a Happy Turtle.

An Alien then hears that and Monster drinks are now called Turtles (aliens don't know the difference)..

Thanks for the explanation.

On my way home from the airport today I decided to buy a blue Monster. Being a big, hairy, manly man I went all-out and bought the 23oz size, because I either go big or go home (ha). I consumed it within half an hour, and how I'm a bit jittery. As far as the flavor is concerned, I have only one comment..... "Meh."

It tastes like a low carb drink, with an artificial sweetener component to the flavor. It certainly didn't hook me, though it wasn't terrible. Honestly, I have to say that my experience with Full Throttle left a better taste in my mouth (literally). I'll have to try the full-carb version of Monster next time I'm hankering for hyperactivity.

However, I have to say I was impressed with the caloric content... only 30 calories for a full XXL can. Not bad at all....
