The State P'* here in Nebraska like to do that first one all the time on the interstate.....even when they are going 10 over like they usually do.....

Well. I was always thought the far left lane was a passing lane, therefore get out of the passing lane if you are just keeping up with traffic.........jerks like that cause too many accidents, that'* my opoion, and i am sticking to it..........
