Standard for me is 8. And I hit that nearly all the time. I can upgrade from there.

Alot of people limited to 10 or higher rarely achieve even half that.

RoadRunner by me is now 10mb down and i get that always and more. i get around 1,100 -1,200 K/B sec downloads
