The house is actually very nice by itself, w/o the batcave.

And...they obviously made plenty of money from that operation. The downsides are that the end result (jail) and the fact that they couldn't sell the company when they wanted to "move on".

3) When you finally get out of prison, all of that, House, Cars, Property, EVERYTHING is GONE and now part of a state Auction!!
