I got 1582

7girls x 2 legs=14 legs
7 packs x 7 big cats =49 big cats x 4 legs each=196 legs
49 big cats x 7 little cats = 343 little cats x 4 legs each =1372 legs

1372+196+14=1582

unless there is a 3 legged cat somewhere that should be correct.
